Skype call recording is completely cloud-based so you dont need to worry about your devices. I unmute myself and folks can hear me, so audio is working fine. When I click Join Lync Meeting in Outlook, Firefox pops up, I log into Office365, and join the meeting in Lync 2013 Web App just fine.

I have Outlook for Mac 2011 and Lync for Mac 2011 installed. For some reason when this is enabled the web app plug-in crashes when trying to view shared content such as a presented desktop. I have Microsoft Office365 though my company. The Trusted Sites zone has the setting Initialize and script ActiveX controls not marked as safe to enabled. I get to a point during the process where I'm prompted to run the plug in, in order to get audio and video. In Skype you can record your Skype calls directly in the app. The domain for the Lync web app is configured for the Trusted Sites zone in the policy. I'm trying to install the Microsoft Lync Web App Plugin.
